Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a refund of your retainer fee (deposit).
If you cancel within 24–48 hours of your appointment, your retainer fee will only be refunded if your time slot is successfully rebooked.
Cancellations made within 24 hours and all no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee and a 30% charge of the total service fee.
